Releases

New features, improvements and fixes in DataGlass, newest first. Filter by marketplace or area.

Pricing is simplified to three plans, each one flat price for the whole business.

Standard, Pro and Enterprise

New customers choose between Standard (฿1,499/month) and Pro (฿2,499/month), each one flat price for the whole business, with Enterprise arranged with our team. On Standard, Pro features stay visible with a lock that shows what upgrading unlocks. Existing customers keep their plan and price. See Pricing.

A new Analytics section looks at your buyers, and the charts and cost model get two small but useful additions.

Analytics: Customers and Payments

A new Analytics section shows who comes back and how buyers pay. Customers covers repeat-purchase rate, monthly cohorts, and which products get bought again. Payments, on Shopee shops, breaks down payment methods and the transaction fees you actually pay. Find it under My Shop → Analytics. Analytics works on Shopee and TikTok Shop.

Forecast on performance charts

Turn on Forecast in the date picker and the performance charts on Home and My Shop → Overview run 7, 14 or 30 days past today as a projection. It works on Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop.

Commission discount

If Shopee has given your shop a lower commission rate for a period, record it once and DataGlass takes it off the standard rate when it works out commission.

Agents: memory and skills (limited pilot)

A Memory page lists what the agent holds true about your business, so you can add a memory or correct a wrong one, and Customize lets you write skills for the tasks you repeat. For accounts enrolled in the Agents pilot.

The workspace gets a new frame: where you go, where you land, and how you ask for help.

New navigation

The workspace has a new sidebar: each section lists its own pages, the shop switcher sits at the top, and a search box (⌘K) jumps to any page, shop, group or setting.

Home

A new Home page opens the workspace: your GMV, cost, profit, orders and ad spend for the period, shortcuts to your tools, and setup cards that track connecting your shops, adding product costs, and deploying your first Action.

Dark mode

Switch the workspace to a dark theme with the Dark mode toggle in your account menu.

Ask bar and files for Agents (limited pilot)

An Ask DataGlass Agent bar sits at the bottom of every workspace page and opens the agent beside the page you are on. Attach files for the agent to work from, and download the reports and exports it saves. For accounts enrolled in the Agents pilot.

Ads read-only

The organization owner can make a Shopee shop's ads read-only. DataGlass stops changing budgets, target ROAS and campaign status, while data, reports and recommendations keep updating.

Optimization groups learn to spend within the day, to move budget while the day runs, and to take more or less risk when you tell them to.

Budget pacing

Optimization groups get a Budget pacing switch. Turned on, DataGlass spreads each day's budget across the hours the shop sells best instead of leaving the whole amount available all day. Pacing also gains a choice of time slots per day.

Rebalance during the day

Optimization groups can now rebalance during the day: every four hours DataGlass moves budget from campaigns that won't spend it to campaigns that ran out while beating their ROAS target.

Growth setting

Each optimization group has a Growth setting with three choices (Steady, Learn and Grow) that say whether DataGlass tests small budget shifts between campaigns and whether it may spend past the day's budget on good days.

Keep all campaigns active

A new rule for optimization groups keeps every campaign running: DataGlass never pauses a campaign in the group, and each one keeps at least the platform minimum budget a day.

Shopee

Alerts become something each teammate sets up for themselves, and a new view flags prices that drift apart across shops.

Alert schedules

Each teammate can now choose how and when alerts reach them: LINE or email; as soon as found, every few hours, once a day, or once a week. This covers negative-profit order alerts, reorder alerts, and a new alert for products that start selling at a loss.

Profit alerts

Get told when a product's margin or profit slips. Set thresholds for the whole shop, override them for individual products, and choose LINE or email delivery. Find it under Products → Settings → Profit alerts. This works on Shopee and TikTok Shop.

Price parity on Effective price

Turn on Price parity to see every shop's price for a product against the cross-shop average, how far each sits from it, and which products fall outside the band you allow. It works on Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop.

DataGlass starts to answer questions and, with your approval, act on them.

DataGlass Agents (limited pilot)

A new Agents workspace lets you ask about a shop in plain language and get answers built from your own shop data. Chats are saved and searchable, and any change the agent proposes waits for your approval. Ask your DataGlass contact to be enrolled.

Scheduled tasks

Let the agent check your shop on a schedule and report back: describe the task, pick daily or weekly, test it once, then read each run's report. For accounts enrolled in the Agents pilot.

Daily report

The first time you open a shop each day, a short card deck sums up yesterday: orders, sales and profit against the day before, where it came from, what your deployed Actions earned, and open issues. It is rolling out to selected accounts and works on Shopee.

AI connectors: scoped write access

Claude and ChatGPT connectors are read-only by default, and an assistant can now ask for write access to specific areas: ads, pricing, inventory, your catalog, orders and more. The consent screen shows exactly what it is asking for before you approve. See AI assistants.

Two cost and stock inputs that used to live in a spreadsheet now feed the numbers directly.

Global COGS

Record shop-wide costs once and DataGlass includes them in every Shopee product's profit: monthly package fees, an enabler fee as a percentage of GMV, and fulfillment fees by basket size. Find it under Products → Settings → Global COGS.

Bundle composition

Tell DataGlass which physical products one sale of a multipack or bundle consumes, and how many of each. Stock demand and fulfillment basket size then follow those quantities. It works on Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop.

Access control gets finer on two fronts: which shops a person can reach, and who outside your company can reach them.

Per-member shop access for every team

Shop access is no longer limited to Agency workspaces. For any member below Admin, choose All shops or Selected shops and pick which ones.

Agency access

Owners can let an outside agency work inside their organization: invite the agency by email, give it a role, choose which sections it can open, and revoke it anytime. Agencies get a Client brands page listing every brand that has given them access. Find it under Open Platform → Agency access. See Open Platform.

Three new views answer whether ad spend is really paying for itself.

Cannibalization monitoring

See whether extra ad spend grows your order book or just moves orders you would have won anyway into the ad-attributed column, with a rolling index and a status that says what the evidence supports. Find it under Ads → Cannibalization monitoring. See Cannibalization.

CPAS profit

See whether your Meta Collaborative Ads (CPAS) spend made money on a Shopee shop, on two bases kept apart: what Meta claims, and what CPAS adds as a channel once affiliate and Shopee ads have taken their share. CPAS also appears as its own sales channel on the shop overview. Find it under Ads → CPAS on shops with a connected Meta ad account. See CPAS profit.

Bid timing

Bid timing shows how your ads perform by hour of the day (profit, efficiency and volume), with a product-by-hour heatmap, a day-type filter, and your own custom hour windows, so you can see which hours pay off.

Deploying an Action now comes with proof of what it did.

Results on deployed Actions

Deployed Actions now show what they actually did. A Result tab on each card measures the Action against a comparison: orders that used a deal against those that did not, boosted products against the rest of your catalog, what a commission change protected. The Deployed page opens with a summary of the profit they have delivered. See Deployed and dismissed.

Results page

A new Results page shows what the Actions you deployed have actually earned: profit credited from settled orders, profit by day with a running total, and a calendar of what went live and what each day earned. Find it under My Shop → Results. It is rolling out to organizations in stages. See How Results are calculated.

Repricing moves out of one-product-at-a-time dialogs and into a spreadsheet that shows what every new price is worth.

Price Edit

Draft price changes across many products in a spreadsheet, see the margin and profit each new price earns, then deploy when you are ready, now or on a schedule, with rollback. Start from scratch or from a commission change with proposed prices filled in. It sits in a new Pricing section with Price Tiers, Tier Settings and Campaigns. Price Edit launched on Shopee. See Price Edit.

Price increase whitelist

When a draft raises a product's list price, Price Edit holds those products under Needs whitelist: download the list, request the increase in Shopee Seller Center, then confirm Shopee's approval to move them to Ready to deploy.

Price deploy history

Every price change a shop pushed to the marketplace is now on record. For each deployed draft, see what went live, what the platform blocked and why, and the price and margin before and after, and export it to Excel. Find it under Products → Pricing → History.

Pricing for TikTok Shop and Lazada

On 16 August, TikTok Shop and Lazada shops got the full Pricing section: Price Tiers, Tier Settings, Price Edit and History, including price drafts generated from a commission change.

VAT now flows through every profit figure the way it does in your books.

VAT registered setting per shop

Mark a shop as VAT registered from its settings so that shop's profit and margin figures account for VAT.

Input VAT and VAT-exempt products

VAT gets its own tab in shop settings. Beside VAT registered, turn on Claim input VAT when your suppliers issue tax invoices, and mark individual products VAT exempt.

Fee VAT detail

An advanced-mode toggle on the financial breakdown splits out the VAT embedded in each marketplace fee as its own row.

Ad budgets stop being set campaign by campaign, and every product gets a price that reflects what buyers really paid.

Optimization groups

Group Shopee ad campaigns under one objective and one budget, and let DataGlass re-split that budget across them every night. Create a group, choose what to maximize and any constraint, and add the campaigns it should manage. Find it under Ads. See Optimization groups.

Ads automation rules

Write IF/THEN rules that watch a metric such as ROAS and change a target ROAS or a budget for you, on a daily or weekly schedule. A rule can cover a whole optimization group or a single campaign. See Automation rules.

The month plan

An optimization group on a monthly budget now has a month calendar showing how DataGlass paces that budget day by day. Open a day to tell it what to expect: extra demand, or a cap for that date. See The month plan.

Create campaigns inside a group

Create new Shopee product ad campaigns straight from an optimization group. Pick the products and DataGlass creates one campaign per product, on auto bidding with a suggested target ROAS, and adds it to the group.

Schedule

Step a group's settings through the day with change points: each takes effect at its time and holds until the next one, so a group can run a different budget cap in the evening than in the morning. See The Timeline schedule.

Effective price

See what buyers actually paid for each product after discounts and vouchers, how much of the markdown the platform funded versus your shop, and what the platform took in fees. Find it under Products → Effective price. It works on Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop.

Profit reports no longer stop at the marketplace edge: orders from anywhere can be logged, two Actions work on order size and stock, and billing gets more flexible.

Off-platform orders

Record sales made outside the marketplaces (LINE, Facebook, Instagram, a physical store, your own website or wholesale) with New order on the orders view. Pick or create a sales channel, add the products and any charges, preview the profit, and the order joins your order list and profit reports.

Add-on Deal

A new Action type that attaches a discounted add-on to a product buyers already purchase, so each order carries more without discounting the main product. This is a Shopee Action. See Add-on Deal.

Stock Up

A new Action that warns you when a product's stock has fallen to its reorder point, with the days of stock left, a suggested order quantity, and the profit lost for each day out of stock. It only informs: nothing is ordered or changed. This is a Shopee Action. See Stock Up.

Prepay for 3, 6 or 12 months

Pay monthly, or prepay for 3, 6 or 12 months at a discount. Pick the billing period above the plan cards and every card re-prices to its effective per-month cost. See Pricing.

Referrals

Invite other sellers with your own referral code or link and earn credit on your next DataGlass invoice once they make their first payment. Track it under Settings → Referrals, on accounts where the program is enabled.

Ads get more control, more explanation and a redesigned page.

Ads optimization modes

Choose how DataGlass optimizes your Shopee ads, Single-campaign or Portfolio, and set a target profit-adjusted ROAS floor for the shop.

Redesigned Ads page

The Ads page has a new performance grid, a profit-adjusted ROAS panel, ROAS money-flow (Sankey) and waterfall insights, daily-summary charts, and product images on campaigns.

Ads decision evidence

Each ad decision now shows the evidence behind it: a bid-response curve, a daily performance heatmap, a timeline, and seasonality, so you can see what DataGlass saw. This is available for Shopee.

Monthly ads planner

Plan next month's ad spend campaign by campaign, with single-campaign or portfolio scope and the campaign calendar resolved automatically. This is available for Shopee.

Profit and True ROAS on TikTok campaigns

The TikTok campaigns table now shows profit and True ROAS for each GMV Max campaign.

ShopeeTikTok

Meta advertising joins your marketplace numbers in the same workspace.

Connect Meta (Facebook) Ads

Connect your Facebook Business account to bring your Meta ad accounts, catalogs and Pages into DataGlass. One connection covers the whole workspace. Find it under Settings → Integrations → Facebook. See Meta (Facebook) Ads.

Meta ads dashboard

See spend, purchase value, ROAS and purchases for your Meta campaigns over the last 30 days, with a daily trend, CPAS campaigns separated from the rest, a searchable campaign grid, and a page per campaign. Pause, resume or archive a campaign from the grid.

Sign in with Facebook

Log in or create your DataGlass account with your Facebook account, from the sign-in and sign-up screens.

A product can now carry several prices, and every change can be tried in a draft before it reaches the marketplace.

Price tiers

Manage multiple selling-price tiers for a product, filter the list by tier status, and lock a selling price. Bulk-edit tier prices by downloading an Excel template, editing, and re-uploading. Price tiers launched on Shopee. See Price tiers.

Campaign simulator

Before nominating products into a Shopee campaign, preview the projected profit and margin at each price tier so you enroll at prices that protect your margin.

Campaign nomination files

Upload the eligible-product list from Shopee Seller Center and DataGlass fills in the campaign price from the price tier you pick. When Shopee sends back the pending-confirmation list, upload that too: matching rows are approved and mismatches rejected.

Price-tier drafts

Edit tier prices in a draft before touching the live shop. A draft has an Adjust tab with commission-adjust levers, XLSX import for bulk edits, staged deploy timing, and live margin and profit recalculation as you edit. Applies run in the background, record the calculation assumptions they were made with, and recover cleanly from partial applies. Drafts launched on Shopee.

Buyer-visible price preview

The product detail price card now reflects your drafted price, discount and voucher, so you see what buyers will see before you deploy. This is available for Shopee.

Pricing for TikTok Shop and Lazada

On 25 July, price tiers and price drafts came to TikTok Shop and Lazada: review tier prices, edit them in a draft, and deploy now, staged for a date, or masked. Commission Adjust also opens for Lazada.

Related docs

Shops get a health check, a way to be grouped, and a louder warning when a marketplace connection needs attention.

Shop health

A profit-health check for your shop: diagnostics cards, the products behind each issue in an embedded grid (set COGS right there and watch the bucket update live), and a losing-ad-campaigns card. A banner on the products list flags issues too. It works on Shopee and TikTok Shop.

Shipping Labels page

A new Shipping Labels page archives the labels your marketplaces generate, pooled across every connected shop. Search by order, package or tracking number, re-download a label, or pull every undownloaded label at once. Capture stays off until an organization owner turns it on. Find it under Orders → Shipping Labels. This works for Shopee and TikTok Shop. See Shipping labels.

Shop groups

Group your shops from the workspace header and work per group. The orders export follows the active group.

Shop reconnect alerts

When a marketplace authorization expires, a banner and indicators on the shop selector and Connections page show which shop needs reconnecting, with a one-click path to re-authorize.

Shopee Brand Portal connect

Link your Brand Portal account from a Shopee shop's Connections section.

Related docs

Day-to-day catalog work gets faster: your own images, a sharper margin tool, and one editor for everything you change in bulk.

DataGlass cover images

Override a product's cover image with your own DataGlass-hosted image, per variant on detail pages or from the product tables, marked with a DG badge. It doesn't touch the marketplace listing. This works on Shopee and TikTok Shop.

Set Margin, redesigned

Set Margin now has per-product entry, product images and search in the grid, shop-specific scope, a current-margin column, a 180-day lookback, and on-demand price-elasticity training. It is available on Shopee and TikTok Shop.

Bulk product editor

The bulk product editor is now a dialog that can edit across all shops at once, with a before → after preview of every change before it applies. It replaces the per-platform COGS download and upload.

Log stock orders, create and copy products

Record incoming inventory orders by hand on the Unified products view, alongside stock and COGS. Build a new unified product, or duplicate an existing one, directly from the products view.

Three Actions leave review-only mode, and two new signals tell you when profit slips.

Deploy is live for Price Buffer, Variant Merge and Target ROAS

These Action types can now be deployed from DataGlass. Until now they were review-only. See Action types.

Negative-profit alerts

Get a LINE message when an order's profit goes negative. Turn it on from Alerts on the Orders page.

Commission timeline

The commission page now shows the history of rate changes with an impact summary for each.

ShopeeTikTok

Two questions sellers ask every month get a direct answer: did the marketplace pay what it should have, and what happened in exactly this period.

Payment reconciliation

A new Reconciliation tab on the Orders page checks the marketplace's actual payout against what DataGlass expected, per order and per fee (commission, service, transaction, processing, VAT). Search and filter by paid or unpaid status over any payout-date range, and export the reconciled report to Excel. It launched for Shopee.

On 13 July it came to TikTok Shop: each order's expected fees are set against what TikTok actually charged, with the difference totalled per order. See Reconciliation.

Custom date range on breakdowns

Pick any from/to window instead of fixed presets to see product profit, campaign ROAS and ad performance over exactly the period you want. It works on Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop.

Related docs

Three jobs that used to mean opening each Seller Center or editing one product at a time now happen in DataGlass.

Print shipping labels straight from Orders: a shop's airway bills as one PDF, or every shop's labels in a single ZIP, without opening each Seller Center. This works for Shopee and TikTok Shop. See Shipping labels.

Bulk edit with Excel

Download an Excel template of a shop's unified products, edit nickname, stock and COGS, and upload it back to apply every change in one go. It works on Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop.

Product history and nicknames

Open Product history above the financial breakdown to see how a variant's name, nickname, SKU, model SKU and COGS have changed over time.

Give your unified products a custom nickname so they're easy to recognise across marketplaces. Set them in the bulk product editor on the Unified products view, alongside stock and COGS.

Commission page and Commission Adjust for TikTok Shop

See how a TikTok commission change hits your profit, then schedule or deploy the price and discount changes that hold your margin. See Commission.

Your DataGlass data is no longer only in the app. Scripts can read it, Claude and ChatGPT can work with it, and the account-level tools have one home.

API keys

Create personal API keys so your own scripts and tools can read your DataGlass data. Keys are read-only, can be given an expiry, and can be revoked at any time. See Getting started.

Connect Claude and ChatGPT

Connect Claude or ChatGPT to your DataGlass account over MCP. A consent screen shows which account the assistant will be bound to and what it can access before you allow it. See AI assistants.

Open Platform

A new Open Platform console gathers the account-level tools in one place: API keys, MCP connectors, Team, and Billing & plans. See Open Platform.

Team and role-based access

Owners can invite teammates, give each a role (Owner, Admin, Manager, Member or Viewer), and control exactly what each person reaches: which sections they can open and, in Agency workspaces, which shops they can work in. Suspend or remove members anytime. Find it under Open Platform → Team. See Team & roles.

Stock gets its own forward view, and spreadsheets become a first-class way to move data in and out.

Inventory forecasts and reorder recommendations

DataGlass now forecasts demand for every product and tells you what to reorder, how much, and by when, ranked by stockout risk. Log a purchase order so stock on the way stops triggering the recommendation, and get reorder alerts by email or LINE. See Inventory and reorder.

Suggested matches

Pick a base shop and DataGlass finds the same products listed in your other shops by exact SKU, so you can confirm each group as one unified product. Nothing merges until you confirm. See Matching and merging products.

Upload Stock

Bulk-update stock from a spreadsheet: download a template pre-filled with current stock, edit it, upload it, review the matched rows, and apply. DataGlass syncs the changes to the marketplace. It works on Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop. See Stock sync.

Export orders to Excel

Export the orders list to an Excel file for the date range you are viewing.

The numbers behind each shop get a home of their own, and the cost side of the breakdown gets finer.

Shop overview dashboard

A new profit dashboard for each shop: Profit, Cost and Margin for the period against the previous one, profit by category, a cost breakdown, revenue by channel, a profit-flow chart split by sales channel, and your best and worst products. Switch between This shop and Unified. It works on Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop. See Shop overview.

Detailed COGS

Break a product's cost into Manufacturing, Labor, Shipping Cost and Packaging instead of a single COGS number, and see each one as its own row in the financial breakdown. See COGS and their role.

VAT in your numbers

VAT now has its own section in the financial breakdown, split into Output VAT and Input VAT. An Include VAT switch on a Shopee shop's overview shows net VAT as its own cost in the profit flow.

Ideal margin

The financial breakdown can now show a product's ideal margin, before estimated returns and ad costs, next to its realized margin. It is useful for new or low-volume products, where those estimates are noisy.

Set Margin for TikTok Shop

TikTok Shop gets the margin tools Shopee has: pick products, set a target margin, and preview the discount each one needs. A target-margin panel on the TikTok product page works out the price and applies it. See Margin optimizer.

Six new Action types arrive in little over a week, and a Commission page shows what a rate change does to your profit.

Commission page

A new Commission page shows Shopee's commission rate history for your shop and what an upcoming rate change does to your profit, by category and for the most affected products. This page is for Shopee. See Commission.

Commission Adjust

When Shopee announces a commission increase, a new Action proposes trimming the discount or raising the price on each affected variant so your margin holds, and shows the monthly profit it defends. Deploying schedules the change for the day the new rate lands. See Commission adjust.

Price Buffer and Variant Merge

Price Buffer puts a sale badge on a listing without changing what buyers pay: DataGlass raises the list price and adds a matching discount.

Variant Merge spots separate listings of the same product in a shop and proposes merging them into one listing with variants, showing why they match.

Both were review-only at launch, and both are Shopee Actions.

Target ROAS

A new Action type that recommends a profit-safe ROAS target for a Shopee ad campaign, showing your margin, the break-even ROAS it implies, and the recommended target. Review-only at launch. On 1 June it came to TikTok Shop too: a recommended ROI target for each GMV Max campaign, with the margin and break-even ROAS behind it. See Target ROAS.

Campaign Enrollment

This Shopee Action picks the products worth enrolling in an upcoming campaign at prices that protect your target margin, then gives you a ready-made worksheet to upload in Seller Center. See Campaign Enrollment.

SEO

For TikTok Shop listings, the SEO Action suggests product titles, descriptions and search terms, each with the keywords behind it. Deploying updates the listing. See SEO.

Creating an account and signing in now works the way you already do it elsewhere, and the workspace speaks Thai.

Email sign-up and sign-in

Create a DataGlass account and sign in with your email and password, with email verification and a forgot-password flow.

Thai language

Use DataGlass in Thai or English. Switch with the language toggle and your choice is remembered.

Sign in with LINE

Log in or create your DataGlass account with your LINE account, from the sign-in and sign-up screens.

Sign in with a phone number

Create an account or sign in with a Thai mobile number: verify it with a 6-digit SMS code, then set a password. A forgotten password can be reset by SMS too.

Sign in with Google

Log in or create your DataGlass account with your Google account, from the sign-in and sign-up screens.

DataGlass grows beyond Shopee products: orders from every shop sit in one list, and Lazada and TikTok Shop shops can be connected.

Orders

A new Orders section brings your orders into DataGlass: one row per order across every connected shop, expandable to line items with per-item revenue, fees, COGS, profit and margin. Search by order number or buyer and filter by platform. See Orders.

Lazada shops

Connect a Lazada shop and see its products with a per-SKU financial breakdown that includes Lazada's own fees. Set COGS inline or by upload, set a target margin, and price a new listing in the Product Calculator. See Supported platforms.

Price elasticity

Stage a change to a product's price, seller discount, voucher or coin cashback and see the predicted effect on demand and profit: expected orders per day with a credible interval, and the net change in profit per day. This is available for Shopee. See Price elasticity.

TikTok Shop

Connect a TikTok Shop (Shop Data, plus Ads Data if you run ads) and see its products with a financial breakdown you can simulate changes on, its GMV Max ad campaigns, and its orders. See Supported platforms.

Products stop living shop by shop. A new Unified view shows each product once across all your shops, and billing and extra shops are now self-serve.

Unified products

The Unified view shows each product once across all your shops, alongside the listings it is linked to, with variants grouped under each listing. Edit SKU, COGS and stock in one place. See Unified products.

When the same product shows up more than once, link the duplicates so sales, stock and costs roll up into one unified product. DataGlass suggests likely matches from SKU and name; you confirm each one.

Stock sync

Turn on stock sync for a Shopee shop and stock edits you make in the Unified view are pushed to that shop. It is off by default. Once on, it overwrites stock changed directly in Seller Center on the next sync.

Billing

Pick a plan and check out through Stripe, switch plans, and open the billing portal to update your card, download invoices, or cancel. A billing page shows your current plan and next billing date and flags payment problems.

Add a shop

Connect another Shopee shop at any time with Add a shop, and run several shops from one account.

Stop or undo a deployed Action

Stop a deployed Action, or undo it to restore the previous state. Each asks for confirmation first.

Related docs

DataGlass starts with Shopee shops. Open any product to see where its profit goes, judge ad campaigns on profit instead of platform ROAS, and act on specific recommendations.

Product table and financial breakdown

The product table lists every product in a shop with its SKU, sales, margin and COGS, in a table or card view. Click a product to open its detail page, where the financial breakdown shows each variant's price, seller discount and voucher, shipping, commission, service and transaction fees, affiliate commission, COGS, ads cost and return cost. See Product table and Financial breakdown.

Ads with True ROAS

Every Shopee ad campaign is judged on profit rather than platform ROAS. Open a campaign to see its True ROAS next to the platform's figure, a money-flow chart from ad spend to profit, a daily summary, and an hourly breakdown for any day. See True ROAS.

Actions

DataGlass now recommends specific changes as Action Cards: Bundle Deal and Auto bump for products, Ads Adjustment for campaigns, each with its estimated profit. Review a card, then deploy it to your shop or dismiss it. Deployed Actions are tracked on their own tab. See What are Actions.

My Shop and shop settings

Each connected Shopee shop gets its own workspace with a shop switcher. Shop settings let you connect or reconnect the shop's Shopee authorizations (Shop Data, Ads Data and Affiliate Marketing), watch sync progress, and set the shop's classification.

Simulate, draft edits and target margin

On the financial breakdown, simulate what-if values to preview their effect on margin and profit without saving anything, or stage real edits and apply them to the product after reviewing a before → after checklist.

Set a target margin and DataGlass works out the seller discount and voucher a product needs to reach it. Preview the result on the breakdown, then apply it.

Product Calculator and Margin Optimizer

Product Calculator projects the numbers for a product before you list it. Start from a listing price to see the full breakdown, or from a target margin to get the listing price you need. See Product calculator.

Margin Optimizer hits one target margin across many products at once: select products that have COGS, set the margin, preview the seller discount and voucher each one needs, then apply. It is now called Set Margin. See Margin optimizer.

Auto Boost

Queue up to five products and DataGlass keeps bumping them in Shopee's boost slots on a rolling cooldown, so you don't have to boost by hand.

Product costs and inferred COGS

Set COGS for each variant from a product's variations, or upload a CSV or Excel file to set costs in bulk: map the columns, preview the matched products, and apply.

When a product has no COGS, DataGlass estimates one so margin and profit still show. The estimate is marked as suggested, and you can accept it as your COGS in one click. See COGS and their role.
