Budget ads on True ROAS
Judge each campaign by the profit it brings, not the ROAS the marketplace reports.
Use it before you move ad budget, or when marketplace ROAS looks strong but profit does not. A 4x platform ROAS can still be a loss once fees, COGS and shipping come out.
What you get
A short list of campaigns to cut, hold and grow, based on net profit per baht of spend.

Starter prompt
Review Shopee ads for my shop over the last 30 days. Rank active campaigns by weakest True ROAS, compare True ROAS with marketplace ROAS, and classify each material campaign as reduce, hold, or consider scaling. Explain the evidence and do not apply any change.
Steps
- Open Ads. Every campaign is listed with its spend, orders and True ROAS. See True ROAS.
- Sort by True ROAS and look at the weakest campaigns first. Remember the break-even is 0, not 1: any True ROAS above 0 makes money.
- Click a campaign to open its breakdown and read the Sankey to see where each baht of ad revenue went.
- Check the day-by-day performance (hour-by-hour on Shopee) to see whether a bad week is a trend or a spike.
- Reduce or pause campaigns below break-even. For campaigns worth scaling, put them in an optimization group so budget follows profit.
