Set COGS once
Enter product costs in the table or in bulk so every profit number and Action starts from your real cost.
Use it right after you connect a shop, and again when a supplier changes a price. Every margin, profit figure and ranked Action is computed on top of COGS.
What you get
Measured profit instead of estimated profit across the financial breakdown, True ROAS and Price Edit.
Works on

Starter prompt
Audit COGS coverage for my Shopee shop. Tell me how much of my revenue uses explicit COGS versus inferred COGS, and list the top 10 products by revenue that still use an inferred cost.
Steps
- Open the Product table and select your shop.
- Click the COGS column on a row to type the cost. On Shopee, an AI-suggested value appears below the input; accept it or override it with your real cost.
- If variants cost different amounts, enter the cost at the variant level. You can also split the cost into manufacturing, labor, shipping and packaging. See COGS and their role.
- For many products at once, use Bulk edit (Excel): download the template, fill in the four COGS components, and upload it.
- Until you enter a cost, DataGlass shows an inferred estimate, so numbers still appear from day one. Replace those first on your best sellers.
