Get a weekly profit brief from ChatGPT or Claude

Connect DataGlass once, then ask your assistant for a 30-day shop health check in plain language.

Use it at the start of a weekly review, to know whether a shop needs attention before you choose a deeper analysis.

What you get

A one-paragraph verdict, headline numbers with their basis, and the top three risks, without opening a dashboard. For the full route, see the worked examples.

Starter prompt

Give my Shopee shop a health check for the last 30 days, compared with the immediately preceding 30 days. Start with one sentence, show realized profit, GMV, margin, COGS coverage and loss-makers, then rank the three most important risks. State the exact dates and currency, and label any result that uses inferred COGS.

Steps

  1. Add DataGlass as a connector. In Claude, open Settings > Customize > Connectors and Add custom connector with the remote MCP server URL. In ChatGPT, follow its connector steps. See Connect to Claude and Connect to ChatGPT.
  2. Sign in with your DataGlass account and approve access. A new connector is read-only until you approve a write scope. See Permissions and safety.
  3. Paste the prompt from this page. The assistant finds your shop, runs a compact diagnostic and only drills deeper if a signal needs it.
  4. Check that the answer names the tool, shop, exact date range and COGS assumptions.
  5. Ask a follow-up on the biggest risk, or reuse a prompt from the prompt library.
