Compare what DataGlass expected for each order with what the marketplace charged and paid.
Use it at month end, or whenever a payout looks lower than the orders behind it. Lazada has no reconciliation page yet.

What you get
Overcharges and missing payouts surface as flagged rows instead of something you notice months later.

Starter prompt
Reconcile the last two months of payouts for my Shopee shop. Show orders where the marketplace charged more fees than expected, group them by fee type, and state the total difference. Do not change anything.
Steps
- Open Orders > Reconciliation and pick a shop. Both legs reconcile one shop against one marketplace. See Reconciliation.
- Set the date window. It defaults to the last two months.
- On the Fees leg, filter to Mismatch, or to Needs attention for everything that is not a clean match.
- Read the offending pair on the row (ours and theirs). A tooltip spells out the calculation. A red marketplace figure means it charged more than our model.
- On Shopee, check the Income leg to confirm the escrow arrived in the payout ledger.
- Tick a row to mark it reconciled once you have dealt with it, and export the period as .xlsx for your bookkeeping (Shopee fee leg).
