Plan a restock before you run out

Rank products by days of cover, log inbound purchase orders and act on Stock Up warnings.

Use it weekly, or when a Stock Up card appears. Alerts are ranked by days of cover left, so 20 units of a fast mover can outrank 5 of a slow one.

What you get

A restock list ordered by urgency, with inbound orders counted, so you neither stock out of winners nor tie up cash in slow movers.

Starter prompt

Build a restock plan for my Shopee shop. Rank variants by days of cover, show forecast daily demand and suggested order quantity, and count purchase orders I already logged so I do not double order.

Steps

  1. Open Products > Inventory. The reorder table lists every variant with stock, forecast daily demand, reorder point and suggested order quantity, closest to running out first. See Inventory and reorder.
  2. Open a product's demand forecast chart to see the projected curve behind its reorder point.
  3. Click Log order on a variant to record quantity, unit cost and expected arrival, so stock on the water counts toward cover.
  4. Check Actions for Stock Up cards (Shopee). Each shows days left and the profit lost per day out of stock. See Stock Up.
  5. Place your order with the supplier, then update stock levels with Stock sync once goods arrive.
