Limit access by section and shop
Restrict which sections a teammate can open and, in Agency mode, which shops they can work in.
Use it when a freelancer should only see Ads, or when an agency manages separate clients and each person should reach only their own shops.

What you get
Least-privilege access per person. Owners and admins always reach every section, so page access applies to managers, members and viewers. Shop access only appears in Agency mode, which is set on the Team page (see Team and roles).
Steps
- On the Team page, open the ⋮ menu on a member's card. See Managing access.
- Choose Manage access and switch sections on or off, such as Analytics, Orders, Advertising, Products, Inventory and Actions. Click Save access.
- In an Agency workspace, choose Manage shops and toggle the shops that person can work in. Changes save as you go, then click Done.
- Use Suspend access to block someone temporarily, or Remove from team to take them off.
